Berea Printing who I began using last summer and spent over $10,000 between then and now, printed the incorrect logo on an approved postcard and printed another batch of postcards two sizes too small acknowledging both mistakes yet offering no "store credit" yet alone even an apology. When confronted with their mistakes, they did indeed acknowledge their mistakes YET shared they would not credit my account or take off of my next orders because: a) them printing the WRONG LOGO made no difference? Who are they to decide what makes a difference or not to a niche class of business? b) On the two sizes too small postcard they shared it isn't that big of a deal, yet when you have 4,000 the correct size and these you'd need better than 20/20 vision to view yet alone I visited them in person driving 2 1/12 hours to make sure there were no mistakes and then this. Berea Printing are world class thieves and they do not stand behind their work whatsoever and will blame you and surely won't do a thing to make their admitted mistakes right. Run from them!
