Carousel Checks BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY HAVE F RATING AT THE BBB AND RIPPED ME OFF TOO crestwood , Illinois

I ALSO HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH Carousel Checks. they do need to put out out of biz. I ordered checks and address labels end of august. I got the checks but never the labels. The checks were so crappy and binding is coming apart. I first contacted them to where my missing address labels were, all they said in email ot me was "we are behind and do not kow when". I emailed them many times no reply, i called left voice mails no reply over a month went by. I had every right to feel angry as i am being ignored and i am being ripped off, i faxed them and emailed the CEO-- his email address is below. I finally went to www.bbb.org for illinois and filed a complaint. I demanded a FULL refund which i just got today. But do you know what the owner of Carousel Checks said in his statment to me and teh BBB? he said they "stand behind the prdoucts - and also we do not deal with harassing customers, and even if the checks were printed on gold he will still not be happy". What the ?? I am being harasssing when i call a comapny and get ignored about paying for a product and NOT receive the product, and also teh check binind fell apart. So i assume that is the owners way of putting all blame onto me? Because a customer calls to inquire where his missing product is, and is totally IGNORED by his company, he is calling me harassin. Sure after 45 days of no replies from them I did advise them I am to contact the IL state attroneys office and also the BBB. In which I did, the BBB sent him my info anf I had a full refund within 2 days.
I would suggest doing the BBB.org thing - online complaint and also below is teh owners email address. Good luck and let me know if you have any issues. This company is a scam and trust me I am going to write to the IL state of dept biz and professional regulations they do need to be out out of biz. They have a BBB rating of F - even the folks at the BBB emailed me that they have many complaints- some even unanswered and that the owner had no right to call me harassing. I looked up their address on google, it is an old run down warehouse, they are probably making checks out of teh basement of a house!
