Buyer beware of unprofessional and shoddy work and immature staff. Promised a refund and 3 months later still no refund and will not return calls, letters or emails. This company in unethical and dishonest. I am suing them in smalls claims court.

I agree with many of the reports on which this company has "shoddy" or "immature" practices. I used them for a filing and was unable to get a timely response. I met with them in person and most of the employees/owners/managers are very unprofessional and immature. They all claim to have a high ranking in the company and never disclose their true positions or even if they do it changes a week later or during the next phone call.

I don't remember the name of the individual but he is a heavier set guy with brown hair. I have seen him multiple times in a white BMW coupe and he's always smoking something out of an apple. I cant speculate on what it is but goes to show the maturity and professionalism of their employees.

I wouldn't recommend or use them again. Seems like they are not organized and they barely know what they are doing.
