DO NOT use this company unless you don't care when you get your printed material.

I should have learned my lesson the first time when they gave me mis-information on turnaround time. They admitted the info was wrong and promised a 10% discount on my next order which I never received.

The second order I placed came ahead of schedule, definitely a fluke. They even admitted as much.

My third order is like a nightmare that I can't wake up from. When I cancelled the order, that didn't even go through. They keep telling me it will come on such-and-such date and every time I call on the date it's supposed to arrive, they just give me a new date. You can't believe anything they say, and you will never be able to talk to a supervisor. I plan on disputing the entire charge(they offer to refund shipping) with my credit card.
