Overnightprint's lack of customer service and their "once we have your money, you're out of luck" attitude is infuriating.

I ordered 4000 time-sensitive postcards. When UPS tried to deliver them, the suite no. was wrong. (A fact I can not check because the delivery info is not included on rcpt) In trying to get this resolved thru overnightprints, their best suggestion was reordering and paying twice instead trying to help me get my order delivered.

I still have not recieved a phone call to resolve this situation. I have called them 5 times and will not let me talk to anyone over customer service. This company is a joke and a nightmare. My only recourse is to find another quick print company and eat the job. Something needs to be done w/this company!

I noticed OP has quite a few other complaints on this site. Not surprising at all. Isn't this a great opportunity for a class action?
