Print Tek Printtek Printing, Printtek Unprofessional and Extremely Poorly-Run Offset Printing Company with ZERO Customer Service Chatsworth, California

This company is VERY unprofessional. After a long-standing relationship, our company restructured our organization and had new employees. The staff at Printtek was rude, accusatory, unprofessional to the new staff. They did not handle customers with care or finesse. Instead, the staff at printtek became defensive, argumentative and accusatory to our own staff. We requested some information on a prior order. Information we were not able to access as our company had switched locations and the information was at our old location. When we requested this info in an email, we were met with an extremely rude and unproefessional response. They were defensive, angry and went so far as to accuse those on our staff of taking advantage of them! It was the most unbelievable business interaction I had ever experienced in my life. I come from a background of 15 years in High Tech Strategic Sales with Companies like IBM, Cisco, AT&T, etc. and I have never, in my life approached an interaction with a client or customer with the defensive nature that Printek dealt with us. In my world "the customer is always right". When we asked them about an order that seemingly was "short" - they further got defensive and accused them of trying to get "free product". These people are seriously crazy. I don't know what else to say. I am so shocked, I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and any other local or regional reporting agency I can...It is that dumbfounding and unprofessional. Finally, to top off the situation, they told us because we asked them two simple questions and mentioned a potentially "Short" box/order, that they would not "deal with us" any longer and dismissed us as a customer. I mean, seriously, WHO turns away business in THIS ECONOMY!? It's nuts!! I was floored. Last week, the owner was emailing us and stating she genuinely wanted to have our business and this week it was like I was dealing with a different person. I have to say this is the MOST unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with, and it's unfortunate. I dont care how fast you are - there is ZERO Excuse for rudeness and un-professionalism.
