I used to be a print broker for printharmony.com.
Be aware, these guys are crooks!! They burned my reputation as a promotional products distributor (in business for since 1997) and the reputation of my client (fine artist, who needed cards for a high profile art reception)

I ordered cards on August 20th, 2008, with a confirmed delivery date of August 27th. Received an incorrect package with someone else's cards on August 27th. Call them up on the 28th to see what the can do to fix. They offered to reprint and ship by August 29th, yet they would not ship Next Day Air (Saturday Delivery) because it would have cost them too much $$$.

I had to order through a different company that was able to deliver on Saturday. Cost me an additional $202!!!
Print harmony is refusing to refund me any money, nor will they pay for the reprint by their competitors..

Print brokers, be aware of www.PrintHarmony.com …they might have low prices, yet their service SUCKS…

I filed a complaint with BBB and will take them to Small Claims Court.

Hard to Believe...

I have been a long time broker with Printharmony.com. I have NEVER had a problem that they are unwilling to fix, or unfair in resolving. It's a pity that there are people out there who go to such great lengths to tarnish an extremely reputable company like Printharmony.com.

I work with their customer service on a daily basis. They ALWAYS answer the phone. They are pleasant, they are knowledgeable, and most importantly they are honest. Myself and my sales personal are always treated with the professionalism we deserve.

I do not know any more about the situation than the complaint above, but I do know there are two sides to every story.

My advice to anyone who read the above complaint is to try printharmony.com for yourself. They have always delivered me the highest quality products with a great turnaround. I will continue to use printharmony.com well into the future.

really?!?!

Against my better judgement I decided to give Print Harmony a chance on a brochure job I was working on. Not only was the printing terrible but the folding left a lot to be desired!! After several weeks of arguing and then getting my credit card company involved, they decided to re-print the brochures. They are scheduled to be delivered to me wednesday but I don't hold out much hope for the quality of this product.

This company is the WORST!

I worked for printharmony.com from 2002-2008. It was 6 great years and I have nothing but great things to say about the owners, employees and 99% of the clients we printed for. In fact, I started my own printing company recently and send all of my full color printing jobs to Harmony.

I was a customer service manager and specifically remember this job and the endless profanity laced rants we tolerated from this client.

First, realize that printharmony.com only sells to other printers and resellers of printing. These are people who are supposed to be printing and graphics professionals. Harmony strictly protects its' resellers and maintains a "trade only" policy. They don't sell to the public.

This client submitted an order and it was produced one day late. This happens when people who are "professionals" don't set up their print files properly. (RBG, no Bleed, low res images, etc).

What followed was his obsessive-compulsive like phone calls (over 20 in one hour) from this nut. We tried everything to satisfy him, but all we received back were threats and severe profanity. We literally spent hour trying to keep this customer happy-to no avail. We finally gave up when he threatened to "come to Florida and make things right".

The bottom line is that Printharmony had over 20,000 Happy customers at the time I resigned. I personally think their policy is too lenient and they put up with way too much abuse from this wacko. Not only did this guy scream at everyone, he kept the product.

If anyone judges Harmony based on this the testimony of one sociopath, they are missing out on a great company.

THEN WHY WAS MY EXPERIENCE SO BAD???

THE PEOPLE RESPONDING TO THIS REPORT ARE MISSING THE BOAT (AND IT IS OBVIOUS THAT 2 OF THESE RESPONSES ARE BY PEOPLE WITH AN INTEREST IN PROTECTING THIS COMPANY - EMPLOYEES POSSIBLY?)  MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MY JOB THAT THEY KNOW THEY SHIPPED MY ORDER WET CAUSING IT TO STICK TOGETHER... AND THAT THEY HAD NO INTEREST IN MAKING IT RIGHT. WHAT REPUTABLE COMPANY HAS NO REFUND/REPRINT POLICY? THERE POLICY STATES THAT THEY DO NOT REPRINT OR REFUND EVEN IF IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE ON THEIR END... SO BASICALLY, YOU ARE BUYING THE PRODUCT 'AS-IS'. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. THEIR REASONING FOR NOT REPRINTING MY JOB WAS THAT THEY HAD AN 'UNWRITTEN' RULE ABOUT THE USE OF 100% BLACK ON PRINT JOBS. WHAT A JOKE! I EVEM TOLD MY REP THAT IF THEY WEREN'T GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT AFTER THEY ADMITTED FAULT, THAT I WOULD CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND RIPOFFREPORT.COM AND FILE CLAIMS AND THE REP TOLD ME TO HAVE AT IT. NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO SPIN IT, THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH ME OR EVEN MAKE SOME KIND OF OFFER, ANY OFFER, THAT WOULD TRY TO MAKE ME HAPPY OR TO KEEP ME AS A CLIENT AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND NEVER MADE A CLAIM IN THE PAST... AND I DIDN'T USE PROFANITY OR CALL 100 TIMES... JUST ONE CALL AND ONE RUDE REP.

You kept the product and then tried to reverse the charge. That's called theft. You are long on hot air and short on facts. 

You threatened over 13 different customer service people during your hour long speed dial rant.

I was a manager when this 'incident" ocured-if it was my company I would have called the police and filed a report on you. If you are going to repeatedly call and threaten customer service people you are a nut-plain and simple.

If you have to lie years later to try to justify your criminal behavior then you need help! These pages are littered with companies that "wronged' you. Have you ever thought that maybe it's you and not them.
