Consumers need to beware of this company automatically charging your credit card for a membership while accessing Intellius.com. In the hidden agreement you check to get your Intellius information, you're signed up for this "TRIAL" membership and if you don't cancel within a certain number of days your credit card is charged $19.95

This has happened to me before with another company offering a free disk and all you have to do is pay for shipping. If you don't read the fine print in the "terms" and they have your credit card number, you may be signed up for these bogus memberships.

I can't stand companies that get away with falsely using information from another link. Consumers need to dispute these charges like I have done
and not let them away with making money at the expense of us.

Also, Intellius should be held responsible for letting this happen. What ever happened to the privacy acts. Be very careful when using this website.

Thank you Rip-Off reporters. I won a refund from this company after using reports from others about this scam charge to my credit card. I disputed charges to my credit card and they argued that I didn't read the "fine" lines in the terms of agreement. If it weren't for others that take the time to report these scams, I probably would have been out the $19.95 they charged to my credit card.

Thank you consumers !!!!!!
