This is an addendum to my earlier post.

In regards to the Judgement held against "Brownstone Detective Agency (Nola Brown/Nola Hites)"

The Cause/Case Number is:
2004 - 4161 - 3

This Judgement is held in the State of Texas.

The Judgement is in the amount of :
$26,614.24

Is Nola Brown in Custody? Is there a reward for info leading to her apprehension? Make it worth my trouble and I will talk to her relatives and find out where she is.

I would like to talk to those who have left comments here, concerning Nola Hites-Brown of Brownstone Det. Agency................
I also hired Brownstone Det. Agency to work up a case of my son's suspicious death. I paid her upfront and she seemed to have knowledge of being a very good private investigator.

However, after submitting information that I had discovered on my own, she wrote all of MY information into a report, signed the report, and used her license number, and sent it to me!
I was livid, because when I asked her about her (see evidence), she couldn't confirm that she had ACTUAL evidence, so I asked for my money back.
She told me I was just frustrated and angry because things weren't moving fast enough.............NO, I'm angry that I got taken by this so called private investigator, that has no ethics!

I have not heard from her since I asked for my money the second time!

Greetings, Unfortunately Nola Brown once again decided to continue her pattern of dishonesty. She agreed to surrender her 2008 tax refund and pay a shockingly low monthly payment (towards the judgment held against her which now exceeds $27,000). However she made the decision to not make said payments. Therefore I will be utilizing my Television Contacts to Expose Nola Brown via a National Investigative Report. I presently am gathering all information pertinent towards meeting this end. This idea was suggested to me while I was working on Hurricane Ike Relief/Recovery in Texas (the state in which Nola Brown lives). Please feel free to share any information via email and/or posting. YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY BUREAU OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES FOR THE STATE OF TEXAS...THEY HAVE A WEBSITE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE AN INDIVIDUAL SEARCH TO SEE IF THIS GUY IS EVEN LICENSED AND REGISTERED AS A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR.

Process for Filing Complaints Against Companies or Individuals

In the event that you become aware of a potential criminal or administrative violation of Chapter 1702, Occupations Code by a licensed or unlicensed company or individual in the private security industry, you may submit a written complaint to the Private Security Bureau. You may submit your complaint in any of the following ways:
