John M. Harkins falsely advertised a product which doesn't work and if it did work would be illegal to sell.  This product was developed in India an would take a rocket scientist to make it work.  All of Harkins claims are completely false.  Even in his terms of agreement are illegal, because they claim one must bring any claims against CellSpyPro through Delaware.  This is an illegal claim from them, because their company is not a registered company in Delaware.  As a matter of fact, it is not registered in any state. Harkins needs to be stopped!!!!!!!  They have no refunds, no support group, no phone number or address on their website.  Lets take him down!!!!!!!!!!!!
