when it comes to out dated information, instant check mate does not input the information them selves everything is absorbed from a government public database available to the company, the information is provided but not taken off from the site unless a specific individual proceeds in removing that specific information pertaining to the public file which was placed on our site which was listed by the elected state personnel that has been hired by the state to input that information into the database. So unfortunately certain things that are older will appear as well there is only one person per state filling the information so certain states are actually back logged up to 5 years for new information. if for any reason you would prefer to remove your information from this site go to www.instantcheckmate.com and right above the disclosure there will be a remove my info link and an option free of charge to remove that information at request.


instant checkmate clearly states several times on their webpage that the following site is used for public records investigating. the key word is public record which does not pertain just to criminal records. this does however provide public housing, marriage, death, contact information, open public unsealed criminal records as well. it also does state in the disclaimer that in some cases record will not appear up to date. depending on the state, that particular state might be back logged up to 5 years on those public criminal reports so certain reports might not be available to date. If you have any type of public record, your name will appear on this site. this does not mean you have a criminal record it just states you have open public records pertaining to the specific name searched. every account does have a criminal record section, if you do not have a record it will state no criminal records found in that section. It is very important to read the disclaimers and the terms and conditions as well what the site provides before you criticize a company online for other potential customers to read about. I have had this service for a total of 4 months and i have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and company, but of course i took the time to read about the site before i just put in my information or a pointless complaint.
