Shame on you Elite Investigations.  Our family is victims of this detective company to. They are all liars from their report to the video they gave the court.  My brother was hurt real bad on a worker compensation claim he had with Sedgwick and this company works their claim cases. The report they did on my brother was all lies and the real sad part about it was my brother was out of town at that time because our family was back east at a funeral. The detective said my brother was home and doing yard work in the back yard but didn’t have video, they said he was shopping at Wal-Mart again no video and then claimed my friend who was watching their house and feeding the animals was my brother when it was not. At the very end my family returned to Henderson and they finally got video of my brother driving his truck and the date and time was like a week or two earlier than it really was and my brother and his attorney was able to prove with receipts and witnesses that he went to talk to that day. Well my brother’s attorney won the case and my brother is trying to save enough money to sue the detective company and Sedgwick for lies and false reports.

I think everyone who has a claim and if these detectives investigate your case you need to investigate them too. If you have a case keep all of your receipts and make notes every day where you go to combat there lies. It’s so sad when you get hurt and depend on insurance companies to do their parts to make it right they have detectives like these people to lie and make you out to be the bad people.
