The guy who calls himself Frank but his real name is Francisco Ybarra
License # 0002039 is a total con man. After I paid him a $10,000 retainer. The way he started conducting the investigation was very unprofessional, and plain bull.
He is not private, and he does no investigation. He tells you he is do the work but really he is probably smoking crack with your money. He lies about everything and is only out to get your money, and then start coming up with excuses why he is unable to do what he promises in the beginning when you retain him.
TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AND DON'T GIVE THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF BOLOGNA.

I understand that you are under alot of mental stress and frustrated since your ex is not doing what you want her to do. Please think things out and take back what you know is not true [ in 31 yrs. your the first and only person to say such things...you checked me out before you hired me and you know what your saying is not true]. Since I am a professional, I will at this time only ask you once more to please take back your lies.
