I called for some very BASIC information.  The BOY that answered the phone seemed pretty pissed off and stated that what I was searching for was "illegal," (even though it is not) and annoyingly yelled "the website is all very clear on that" and hung up on me.

I called back to ask for his manager and before I could say a word, he called me a "fucking retard" and said that I can't read or hear and hung up on me.

People, please take your business elsewhere.  For example, knowx.com or accurint.com

I was very nice to the kid.  If they treated ME like that, they will likely treat you worse.
