ICS contracted with our PI firm in Albuquerque for work in Albuquerque. After all the work was done and fedexed to ICS Investigator Thomas Kane, we awaited payment. 30 days later, after exchangiing many emails, none of which wherein Mr. Kane expressed dissatisfaction or that he was missing a video. When payment was due, Mr. Kane manifested all kinds of excuses for their lack of payment, i.e. sent your request for payment to ICS AP for payment; then sorry, we recently fired AP employee, let me check on the payment; took your payment request to ICS President for payment; etc. Finally, President Mike Rabern stated, "Let's see if everything was done right". 40 days later, they claim our video surveillance is missing, claiming our DVD was blank. It took them 40 days to check the DVD and claims it is now blank. It was not, we verified it was a good DVD prior to shipment. Maybe they erased it.....Don't waste your time with this unprofessional agency. PI clients deserve immediate access to surveillance results not 40 days later and contract PIs beware..........
