As a word of caution do not work for this company. Back when they had a corporate recruiter he lied and did whatever was needed to get you employed. I was disheartened when I received my first annual review, that was late that I did not get the raise that was promised via phone, or have the back pay associated for their being late. My response was that the economy was bad and that the recruiter no longer was employed by ICS Merrill.

Then the business practices of working over 50 hours a week and holding off billing of additional hours to the next week, not on overtime. Then being told to overbill the client to ensure that drivetime is compensated, when SIU related travel is contracted porthole to porthole. Please 7.50 an hour for SIU travel..... really?

The supposed open door policy is also a joke as your immediate supervisor will be the first call upon management receiving a greivance. Not the best way to get additional work and feed the family. That is of course if you get a response.

Then try to give two weeks notice. Five minutes after an email with my notice I was shut out completly from the system. Email, acess to case files... everything. Not even a callback from three managers after leaving several messages. The only callback I received was an exit interview and a survey.... hahaha I made sure to complete that.
