I wrote to this company after spending 49.95 for a background check on myself. Very little of the information was correct and the rest was outdated. The service rep refused to give me a refund.

This is a copy of the original request for refund.

My date of birth is also incorrect, most recent address are not available, I have also been married and divorced-twice. There is also other information that I choose not to divulge that is not on this report.

Your report promises information that you did not deliver; please look under Data Bases Searched.
 
The only accurate information you delivered was that fact that I was not dead.

You are requesting a refund due to the fact that a person was listed as a relative that is not?  What about all of the other information searched and reported?
 
The other information searched was also incorrect such as date of birth, current address, relatives, marriages, divorce,  and other items.
 
They promise a money back guarantee but that is also a scam. I feel like they probably phish the internet for information that is not accurate and add it to their data base. You have to admit the lack of information they had about me especially my date of birth  proves that the are just a rip-off trying to sell bogus information.
 
Don't be scammed by this scammer, they should be sued for advertising they have a money back gurantee. That's just another lie.
 
This report is not worth the paper it's printed on. Can you imagine a company using this information  for pre-employment research?
