I apologize if we've done something that prompted you to write this report about us; however, we have no record of you ever contacting us for work. I've interviewed every person who works in our office and again, no one has any record or memory or email from you. 

There's no person by your name anywhere in our databases, our credit card service or our cash receipt book. We also have no emails or communications from a person with your name on our computers. 

There's no database in existence that would have a person's divorce history, specifically, that I'm aware of. Those can be obtained from the courts directly.  

It is not our company policy and is very rare to take cash for payment of services, but when we do, the client is given a receipt which is then traceable by our manager and accountant. 

We do not typically work the Springfield area.  We refer jobs to anohter firm there.  Who did you speak with?  Who did you pay?  Are you using a different name to report this?
