National Liquidators/Chad Buchanan Misrepresentation, He is a repo schmuck thinks he is crafty, harasses you! dana point, California

Really Jerry? It’s the stupid Repossessors fault that your family is being “bothered”? Is that what you tell them after you explain the decisions you’ve made that placed you in this situation? Do you tell them that you’d rather destroy your credit, risk a law-suit, and get everyone you know involved in your drawn-out problem because your way is better then your lenders way?
 
I’m a Collections Account Manager at a large national lender and routinely assign recovery requests to National Liquidators, many of which filter thorough their West Coast office. National has never let me down and has handled every repossession and investigation in a professional manor. In my opinion, they hire and train intelligent, competent staff that make logical decisions to minimize risk to our company. National Liquidators is a rare nationwide repossession corporation… not some unethical ‘mom and pop shop’ with a dirt yard down in the bad part of town. Although I have never met him, a quick on-line search reviles that Chad Buchanan has been a licensed repossessor for nearly a decade, and has upgraded his license to ‘California Qualified Manager’ in 2010. I’m sure that given his experience level, he knows exactly what he is doing. After all he did get a rise out of you… someone he’s had to ‘harass’ to get a response from.
 
Any reasonable person can read between the lines of your post and see who the “Schmuck” really is. (Who uses that word???)

Carol first off dont try and stick up for Chad we all know that you are Chad, being on the collection side of an idiot like him, anyone that would use his company and his tactics takes the chance of setting themselves up for litigation. There are much easier ways of finding collateral without hiring a company that pushes the envelope. Carol/Chad/Matt any customer that uses your services sets themselves up for a lawsuit i for one would not take a chance and hire a firm that is professional and does not set their clients for for litigation. Find a company that uses normal tactics in finding collateral.

These idiots are searching for a banks collateral and its rite under there nose they drive by it all the time in there search for people and information. Once again these guys dont have a clue Chad Buchanan is a "want to be cop" he drives a truck with a bunch of scanning gear and thrives on listening to police frequency.
