Petra Allius is now heading up JRIAL.net - Judgment Recovery Institute of Advanced Learning after a "falling out" with Global Asset Research and Recovery.

I came across this RipOff report and found that it was submitted in 2004.  Well, its now 2009 and I thought I would let anyone coming across this report know that Petra is now operating as owner of JRIAL - a very advertised internet institute for students to learn how to do judgment recovery.

Ms. Petra contacted my company for services to collect judgments leads for her so that she could sell them to her students at a very attractive, discount price. 

Anyone who might be considering enrollment into the learning institute or providing court research services to Ms. Petra Allius is welcome to contact me for a reference. (((Redacted))).

Ms. Cedria of Buckeye, AZ....  sorry to hear you fell victim.  I hope since this report, that eventually your funds were returned.

Well, seems I'm now the 3rd victim of this smooth-talking woman known as Petra Allius.  No wonder she split away from the previous company - her professional worth ethics prove that.

We did some research for her too, didn't ask for a deposit (lesson learned) and sent the data we researched and collected for her and waited for payment.  The payment by the 2nd order was slow, some excuse about not paying invoices after the 15th until the end of the month. Well 2 months later, there was still no payment.  Now, finally after demanding that a "cashier's" check be sent to Wolfgang Research by a given deadline, she waited until the "day" before that deadline (she had a week) and shipped an envelope to us overnight.  Guess she thought we were stupid and would email her the data we had gathered for her order, but we waited and 5 days after depositing the check which was over $700, it bounced - just like we knew it would.  Thankfully, we had already spoken to the District Attorney and followed his instructions. Now we wait for her to make the BAD Worthless Check good.     I cannot ignore the humor of a Judgment Recovery Specialist writing a bad check !!!!!     And her company is teaching people to be judgment recovery specialists - I would question her training material based on her lack of understanding that its very unprofessional to intentially write a bad check.  Didn't have to be a psychic - we knew that check was going to bounce !

So don't be the next victim.  Take heed.  If you want her business, tell her to pay up front before you even send a reseacher out for discovery work.  Her first victim documented in this forum was in 2004.  5 years later and she's still at it !

By the way Cedria Bukeye of Arizona - she swore she paid you, but I'd bet you never saw a dime.
