Not sure how a student would get so sick to the point of hospitilization, can you explain exactly what happened and why it happened?

As a long time employee of the company, I can give accurate information that a cleaning crew comes to Banyan Tree three times a week. Staff members also help clean throughout the week (i.e. vacuum, wash down tables, wash dishes, etc.).

I am also certain that all teachers are certified, meet California teaching requirements, and are specially trained in all of our programs used to meet each child's individual needs. We specialize in special education, and receive training (i.e. workshops, weekly meetings, attend certification trainings, etc.) in all of our unique programs. Each program we use is based on current research and utilizes state of the art technology.

Our progress reports and testing show drastic improvements in students concentration, motivation, self esteem, problem solving skills, auditory processing, speech and language, logic and reasoning, executive functioning, and grades.

Our facilities are spotless and full of useful learning tools. Our teachers are energetic and well trained.
