Beware of the scam-artist known as Mark Yucan owner of Mark Yucan Productions. 
This con artist has scammed several investors who I know personally for over $100,000.  His company which is named Yucan Productions with partner Debroah Gray is not a legitimate company.  Mr.Yucan himself is moneyless so he finds investors to swindle out of their money by guaranteeing them a fake rate of return.  The contracts he issues to investors are FRAUDULENT and contain FAKE names & FAKE addresses. When I entered into an agreement with Mr.Yucan he issued me a contract with a guaranteed ROI of 20%.  The contract which is on Yucan Productions company letterhead has an office address which does NOT EXIST.  I know of other victims who met with Mark Yucan at an office and after the event took place the office disappeared. As of right now I am having detectives look for Mr.Yucan because in total he owes us over $100,000.  We have encountered several issues because his addresses are linked to UPS stores and the name Mark Yucan is NOT his real name! Mark Yucan comes off as a professional businessman with experience and industry contacts but at the end of the day he is a scam artist of the highest order.

You are committing libel!  Let me make a few points. 

1. I am not a partner, owner, investor, or employee of Mark Yucan Productions.

2. I promote events and entertainers and my company Moneybags Records & Promotions has been registered in good standing with the city of Chicago for over 10 years.

3. I have never solicited, nor received funds on behalf of Yucan Productions.

4. I assisted Yucan Productions with the promotions of events as I would any other client and the only place you found my name was as the author of press releases for said events.

5. I have never met you or entered into any contract with you or any other investors of Yucan Productions.

Please remove my name from your complaint.

The Yucan Group and its CEO, Mark Yucan unequivocally denies the information in this report!

I am the leading independent concert promoter in Chicago - and soon to be America! I remain in the very best of standards with the Better Business Bureau and all investors. I'm present @ every single event that I produce and every event is labeled A Mark Yucan Production!

However, I refuse to go to any extreme to have this false report obliterated...but let it and its originator stand as a example of what what one goes through on his or her journey toward success. Freedom of the press is a right, one that some abuse...

Lastly, if you are a fan of concerts - whatever genre suits you best - I look forward to promoting for you a healthy and joyful experience @ the next Mark Yucan Production.

 

PS In the business you have to be willing to accept everything that

comes with it, ie, a sold out stadium, a empty stadium or false reports...
