They will mess with your dreams, preach about their connection with God, talk about the wonderful life they live ... they have children (people like this should have their kids taken away from them -- just more delinquent scam artists in the making), they steal money from decent people, the bank they supposedly write checks from even sites their accounts as having fraudulent activity associated with them, they make you feel like you owe them an explanation for trying to recoup what belongs to you ... they make exciting and tempting offers to those who have high hopes or are in need of "make or break" it situations.

Dino D Brown and his wife, Kristie Brown, and their company Chapter 3 Productions Inc. (C3PI) are not to be trusted. Criminal case information is being collected by the State of Maryland. Please call the Maryland State Police Investigators division and ask to speak with someone about this man or his wife should he approach you for money.

They need to be put in jail.

He has his "artists" in on it too ... Or shall we say ARTIST -- "Judicial" -- AKA Tony Dorsey is just as guilty in all of this. He is a thug beneficiary of the monies they collect. Try to look up Tony Dorsey if you have more info on him but for my search -- too many Anthony Dorsey criminals listed in MD ... several in Frederick County/PG Cty though so I would not doubt one of them is this guy.

They tell you about cars and houses .... they spend your money to buy their own cars and cannot even afford the ghetto junk house they live in. They switch cars out periodically so people think they can actually afford it.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE CROOKS. YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DIME...you will never have anything realized that they promise you. Do not be tempted. They are working for the Devil himself.

I too am a victim of these slime balls.  As someone who lost a substantial amount of money to the lies and promises of these two, I have to concur with the comments in this report WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE THING!  Tony Dorsey was listed as being guilty in all of this too.  I KNOW for fact that he was NOT guilty in this and was operating off of the same promises and lies the rest of us were receiving.  He is by no means a thug or a dishonest person.  He, like the rest of us, believed the 'holy Christian' persona these two were portraying to the trusting folks they snagged in their web.  I hope the authorities do whatever they can, to the maximum of the law, to make sure this male, I won't even call him a man, is removed from the streets and pays for the pain and suffering he has brought upon so many.  But PLEASE do not include Tony Dorsey in that group.  That's not fair to him or anyone else who was a victim of this diabolical scheme that was perpetrated on many of us!  By the way, I understand Dino Brown is now in jail for violation of probation.  He's always prided himself as being so smart and having the 'inside track' on things, one can only hope this is the first of MANY days he'll get to spend 'on the inside'!  May the many Bubba's behind those walls become 'personal' friends with him!!!!

I will say that Tony Dorsey seemed to be living off the fringe benefits from these two but perhaps he was wrongly judged in the mix.  I retract that since it seems you may have a closer relationship with him.  Sorry you had to fall victim to these two as well.  And happy to hear Dino is in jail for whatever the reason!!  I hope he gets comfortable because well ... that is where he should stay...and that wife of his too.  KARMA EVENTUALLY CATCHES UP...LET IT RAIN.
