Rob Cavalear collects deposit from customers and doesn't ever produce work and then 'fires' client. Doesn't pay employees, keeps all money for himself, without any knowledge of Web Design.

whole 9 design ex-contractor fraud report

AUTHOR: Rob - Holiday (USA)

This report was filed by  Mr. Adam Staebler of www.wholeninedesign.net.

Mr. Staebler & Whole Nine Design, were contracted by Cavalear Web Design to complete 4 web-design and e commerce coding jobs.

Mr Steabler failed to complete those jobs even though he was paid in accordance with the signed contract he submitted when he applied to become a Cavalear Web Design Contractor.

The contract was drawn up by Chad Orsatti at Orsatti Law Group and is a legally binding contract in the state of Florida, and was signed by both myself and by Mr. Staebler representing himself and Whole Nine Design.

As a result of Mr. Staeblers inability to fulfill his requirements as set forth in his contract, 3 of the 4 clients decided to go elsewhere to have the jobs completed.  At this time Mr. Staebler was in Breach of Contract and therefore was not paid for the balance of his contract.

However during the time Mr. Staebler worked as a contractor for Cav Web Design, he was given several advances on his contract as he claimed he was being evicted as well as his TV cable and Internet service was to be cut off with his electricity. Cav Web Design did forward Mr. Staebler money to resolve these problems. It turned out Mr. Staebler was physically not even able to hold regular hours not to mention all the additional issues that we had to go through to "try to get Mr. Staebler on solid ground to just perform his Job.

At that time it was decided to release Mr. Staebler and Whole nine design.net as a contractor and no longer hire them for any further work.
