I did not hangup on you. I was on a conference call meeting overseas when you called. When the line got disconnected, I could not pick up your call as I was talking on the other line overseas.
I have always answered your calls and questions. First of all, I am not the boss of Facebookster and therefore cannot process your refund without due dilligence and approval of all directors.. Facebookster is owned by a whole board of directors which consist of over 10 directors.

I have asked your relevant project manager to get in touch with you by tomorrow or maximum the day after to resolve this issue. If you are still not satisfied with the resolution your project manager will provide then we will present this case in front of the board to get your refund approved. Once this is done, your funds wil be refunded promptly.
