I contracted Michael Mann from Web Media Projects to complete several software projects for my company on 11-1-2007. He signed a contract agreeing to the terms and that I would pay $4500 up front and he would deliver a completed project within 30 days at which time I would pay the rest in full. 90+ days came and went. He came up with excuse after excuse as to why it was not completed. When I asked for my refund after nearly 3 MONTHS of waiting, he promised me that it would be refunded on one date, then another, then another (all fully documented, of course).

He has a gift to make you believe that success is just around the corner, then he kicks the can down the street a little more each time, hoping that you will give up. PayPal is well aware of him, and has shut down several accounts of his. If you check his legal background, it is pretty interesting as well. This company is a scam. He cons people into paying him (outside of the escrow account) and then never delivers, even under the terms of a legally enforceable contract! He is very good at making you think that what you want is just around the corner, don't you believe it!

For related info about Michael Mann and his scams, just Google Michael Mann scam. IT'S ALL RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES! A federal internet fraud case has been filed, Paypal has refunded me some of my money and is pursuing him (this is one of several complaints that Paypal has received and acted upon. The homepage for Web Media Projects even says: Paypal Account: Call for details, because it keeps changing. I wish it raised more of a red flag when I was unable to send money to the first two account names he gave me. They keep shutting his accounts down. My credit card company is going after him as well. Sleep well, Michael... You kicked a beehive this time. I will go to every length to prosecute you, I don't even care about the money.

No, that was not posted by me. I posted a response only. I rememeber the t-shirt project,
Michael David Mann! You put me in charge of the code. Then I put Ninja on it. The graphics and flash were to be done by your Pakistani developer. You know, your nephew? You waited a long time to even assign the project to us. In fact, you had 2 more orders for the t-shirt project and were going to use the same software for all of them, but changing the color scheme a little.

I received numerous calls from many of your clients and trust me, you will soon know that it is not me posting these. They are ganging up to bring you down and I am going to testify as a witness.

Stop ripping people off Mike, you are digging yourself in very deep and a smart person would stop doing this crap and go get a real job... without blackmailing or stealing from your employer. You have no work ethic, horrible work history, and you think you are untouchable.

By the way, Mike is now based in Texas, not Mississippi.

My god, man, get your facts straight. We are in Gulfport and will always be in Gulfport. Our new programming office is in Texas.

And, Jeff, you were NOT in Gulfport when I contracted the t-shirt jerk. You were long gone after breaking into our offices and stealing computers.

Mike, you need to stop that whole "abused women and children" bit. It is psychotic and a blatant lie that I can get you into a lot of trouble for. You are gross, only you would think of crap like that. You are disgusting. It is you that had teenager videos on your game site. I don't do stuff like that you filthy old man.

This has nothing to do with me, stop bringing me up on every post someone makes about you. I find it when I search for my name or business to see what is going on. I am not asking anyone to post anything and there is no conspiracy. Not unless you count a couple of lawsuits by credit card companies. Let's see you take down Visa and Amex, you scum.

As far as Texas, ok I may have been wrong. You have your illegal immigrant step-son running the Texas shop.
