This company sells penny auction script and included in the price is the promise of technical support, which includes a phone number and a personal representative to look after your needs. My emails with the company were friendly and prompt all the way up to the time of purchase. Then, the company dissappeared. I have left numerous voice mail messages requesting help and have never received a call back. I have posted on there help desk support desk tickets for help. No response, and I have never been assigned a personal representative. The only service I ever received was quick installation. After that it has been months of no response. I don't know whether it is wonton irresponsibility or an outright scam, but I have not received what I paid for despite repeated attempts to communicate with them and more patience than they deserved to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

I did a little research. Their code is exactly the same as the script sold by hotauctionscript.com. Who stole from whom, I do not know, but given the shady treatment I have received from telebidauctionscript, I suspect they were the thieves. Second, if you go to whois.org and enter telebidauctionscript.com, you will see that there domain name was registered with a "PrivacyProtect" service, which means there is no address for the company and no names of personel publically available. Moreover, the domain name is registered privately in the Netherlands but the web hosting company they use is in Dallas Texas: TailorMadeServers.com. You will not find any address or names on the company web page either.

I lost 500 dollars to these guys, because of my own stupidity. Hopefully, I can spare whoever reads this the same fate. Finally, I hope that some cyber-sleuth can find these guys, because it is not just the money that I lost, but it was countless hours trying to get the site to work. Time is money, after all.

Thank you RipOffReport.
