I see you have mentioned that you had to wait for your site.....which doesn't suprise me at all.

Teleteria's responses to your situation are probably excuises as they have a bag of them.You are not the only one having problems at this present time, I talked to someone else yesterday that seems to be having problems as well.

You have mentioned that there was a software problem....maybe you could enlighten us as to what you mean.

In your case you still have your site and have not refused it [LIKE THAT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE]and I don't think you have a case because he is just using excuises.... as usual for some reason.

Your case described to the FBI agent and some DA seem to think that it may be civil instead of criminal and that may be the case with your particular situation. The only person that can truly answer this is an attorney, you see.... we dont have any product that we paid for.... because we were scamed [IMHO]and this falls under a different light then yours.

I would change your domain name and hosting, the hosting they provide is too expensive and with all the members spending most of their time in the video section[AS SERVIDIO CLAIMS]because the images are not worth looking at nor are the video's [IMHO], will eat up so much band width and the 100$ hosting fee will turn into 300$ to 400$ or even more and what will be your return????. Do not purchase the........ BOGUS...... [IMHO] search engine submission package, YOU CAN GET THIS INFORMATION ON THE NET FOR FREE...although I dont know how would want to link to one of their sites.

The teleteria flash add at the bottom of the main page of your site is an advertisement for teleteria, DO THEY PAY YOU FOR THIS ADVERTISEMENT SPACE....this is prime real estate and you should demand to be paid a fair amount[decision and amount are made by you.... not teleteria]and if they refuse demand to have it removed.

I am sure you are not able to do it yourself as they have some scheme to get out of that also.

If and when you refuse the site and I am sure "YOOOOOOU.. WILL FAIL JUST LIKE ALL OF US HAVE FAILED ACCORDING TO SERVIDIO" and end up walking away like alot of people have ended up doing.
If you decide to throw in the towel....then demand that you receive all design work,model releases (2257 DOC's) for images used on all tour pages,coding and any copywrght release placed on a CD and sent to you certified mail.

[AS YOU CAN SEE ALL OF US HAVE PAID FOR THIS AND WE RECEIVED NOTHING] and when you dont receive anything then you have a criminal case [IMHO]
[it's fraud when you don't deliver the goods and there is nothing in the flip/flop contract that reads different about not receiving this information[THE CONTENT AND DOMAIN NAME ONLY BELONG TO TELETERIA].
As a matter of fact the origional 3rd,4th,5th,6th website[OR HOW MANY TIMES THEY CHANGED IT] stated you would receive this and it came from the crook's [IMHO] mouth also.

Just to let you know I found out some more information. Apparently Mr. Servido is currently under inditement. To further explain my situation on the software. You see, I actually have a email from Jay indicating that the money I paid included the design, and the installation of the software needed for the website I requested.

Luckily I never paid the full amount on $3500 and when I was noticing that the website was not working, I then contacted the company, and was informed by Jay, that there were some issues with the company, but he had found a better one, with better profits for the purchaser of the website and that I needed to be patient because they were currently under contract negotiations.

That excuse lasted 3 months, and I then knew there was something definitely wrong.

I am placing this on various boards to locate and inform those that have posted numerous complaints regarding Jay Servidio and Teleteria,Inc.

It has been a long year and they finally ARE REVIEWING OUR COMPLAINT information. I am encouraging any and all persons to get your complaint's in to the FTC as this CASE is in ACTIVE STATUS!!!, also they would like all the complaints I am aware of [AFTER OUR ORIGIONAL FILING DATE] to be sent, so they can assess the situation to make their decision.

Jay Servidio/Teleteria will be investigated, if there is enough incriminating information that he has defrauded numerous individuals, he will be brought before a Fedearal Judge in a class action suit and if found guilty he will be fined and his company will be shut down.

For any of you that feel like it was all lost, well.....maybe not yet.

Mr. Servidio has wanted to sue all of us that posted about their less than honest business tactics, well I HOPE he will get his day in court.
I don't like to wish bad things on people, but this Mr.Servidio needs to be dealt with, hopefully he will be fined and be shut down....there is no room in this industry for dishonest people.

Michael. I don't know if you've been reading the other threads about Servidio, but Mike Murrey and I have been going back and forth with Jay for quite a while now. What Jay is doing to you is classic Servidio, he is purposely delaying as long as he can so that you can't do a charge back on your credit cards and he gets to keep your deposit. The 3 month timeframe he gives you is not a random number, usually after 3 months or so your credit card company won't let you cancel payment. So the 1st thing you need to do as soon as possible is call your credit card company and see if you can still do a charge back.

I'm totally delighted to see that we might finally have this guy on the run (thanks to a lot of hard work by Mike Murry and a few others). I've been trying for months. None of this would have been possible without www.ripoffreport.com.

The initial individual whom filed this report did so with out my personal concsent or authorization and I was able to guess their password to sign in as the origional author. I feel that Jay has resovled my issue in regards to my $3500 refund.

My experience with Mr Jay Servidio was fair in my particular case and ensured that I received an equitable fair resolvement of this matter.

He has always responded to my phone calls and has kept me up to date on my refund process and made a compromise on ensuring that I would get credit for the other buisness that I have conducted with him.

I have personally checked with certain agencies and to my knowledge, Mr. Servido has no outstanding issues with anyFederal Investigative agencies.

I could not verify any inditment, federal and state in regards to any case of fraud or theft by deception. I have check with several bureaus and could not find any extreme complaints that warrant serious concerns with teleteria.

I still host a website with telteria and found there service to be upstanding and with no problem.

I would ask for those whom post there complaints on here that in the future they ensure that is based on facts that can be verified by documentation. I have not recieved any indication that the infomation provided in regards to the inditement in the previous complaints have been valid to my knowledge at this time.

I ask for those whom do future buisness with Teleteria ensure that they find out for themself and not just rely on unestablished information.

I am sure that this retraction may be considered the opposite but the individual whom posted the intitial issue site is required to consult me first, and did not.

I have been reading this website like so many others at my job. My husband mistakenly paid Teleteria - Jay Servido before checking with this website. How knew we would loose more than $5,000. All he talks about is how honest he is and his family he wants to support.

The alleged update by the author, a definite victim gave in to Mr Sevido's like and intimidation. My husband told him to jump in a lake. He is under investigation, I can tell you that for sure.

Michael of Spring Hill, Florida, you are a liar, a sell out and no better than Mr Sevido. My husband said not to blame you, that you're more than likely a wimp and needed any money Teleteria was wiling to give to you.

You have to be kidding....Michael or who ever you are, this statement is being sent to Special Agent Russel Brown of the FBI in CT., whom is handling the present complaints.

Your statement is so full of holes and you came right out and said you got some sort of settlement and it was for a price, the price is this unbeleivable statement.

When you origionally posted your complaint you involved the FBI by mentioning that this company was under indictement by the FBI.

Are these claims False or are they True??

Either way... if this was not the truth then you may be in a heap of trouble with the FBI for making false statements with your origional post.

Now you are claiming that you could not find any indictements and someone posted from your computer and "you" just guessed the password to make a 180 degree turn from your origional statement.

If you couldn't find any indictements now, then where in the hell did you find the origional indictement to justify you to making such a statement in the first place.I beleive you claimed you filed a complaint also.

I have read through all of the complaints and accusations on this topic on this site. It really sounds like a lot of people thought that this industry and business was a get rich quick sceme. Well it's not, and if you would of done your homework before you jumped into things then you wouldn't be so upset and disappointed. Think about what you are dealing with for a moment. This is an adult website. Porn is everywhere and you really need to be able to do the marketing and spend the time in order to make it work. There are millions of adult sites out there and not one of them is any better or worse than the other. It's all in how you convince people yours is better. In order to make money having your own business you need to spend it up front. Thats just the way it goes with anything.

I am a single mom, and I invested my entire life savings with Teleteria. I purchased the website and 2 different marketing packages. Yes, there has been some problems but Jay himself has given credits and has done whatever necessary to make thing right. He has always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and has always been straight forward with me. I have seen some things on here that say he is violent and nasty and mean. You need to understand...... He is from the east coast, and he is upfront and straight forward and honest as well as blunt. As far as I can see I wouldn't want any other kind of person dealing with me or my business. There is no room for people who aren't honest and upfront in this business. This is not easy and does take a lot of work..... more work than I even realized, but in the end, if you spend the money and time it will pay off. Do your homework next time.... Stop blameing someone else for your self disapointment.

Obviously you have a fallen for his sales pitch scam and are still working your fingers to the bone on a project that will not fly. I went with the east coast FAT BOY scammer, lost lots of money as did 46 others that are on the list of individuals that were scammed out of their money and/or for non delivery of products which is FRAUD.

His sites have been reviewed by many veteran webmasters and they have been proven to be junk trash sites.
I would love to see you go to any of the adult industry chat boards and post this same statement and then see the responses you get about Servidio and Teleteria.
Beings you have not posted on boards with such a statement, it tells me you did no research what so ever and unfortunately you are in the same mess; you just haven't realized it yet.

Teleteria had Ibill for billing; IBILL went under owing many webmasters hundreds of thousands of dollars. Then Teleteria went with CCBILL which closed his account for excessive chargeback's; which proves his sites are garbage (No retention), the content is bargain basement toss offs from the 70's and very poor quality at that.

The hosting is overpriced, you can get the same hosting for allot less.
Teleteria is now using Paycom. I am sure they will be closing his account in the near future. I am curious as to which billing company will let him in next, if one will...

Any sites or galleries that link to anything teleteria is blackballed or blacklisted all over the internet and if you had done "YOUR" research, then you probably would not be sitting here after spending all "YOUR" life savings, with a worthless site that will not convert. The most you will be doing is spending money you don't have to support FAT BOY Jay Servidio and his worthless company Teleteria.

Now to the get rich quick remark...hahahaha
Everyone that has dealt with teleteria has been told of great riches, as much as 300-400 a day. He has said this to many people that he has conned and then ripped off.
I know this is not a get rich quick industry and I do know you will never make anything with "YOUR" special worthless teleteria site.
WE do our own designing, we have a couple of TGP's, a few hundred galleries, pay site and so on. We have blacklisted Teleteria and any galleries that link to teleteria sites from ever being accepted to any of our TGP's. I am also aware that there are other TGP's out there that have done and are presently doing the same.

So the bottom line is no matter how much he tells you about the bogus search engine submission package he designed, which I want to remind you, you can get for free on the internet, or how much good money you throw after bad, or how much time you waste promoting a site that will most likely not be listed by any TGP on the planet....you will never see any money to cover what time and money you have wasted trying to promote a garbage trash pay site designed by some high school kid that FAT BOY hires to do the design work and most likely does not pay them for the work. He can't even pay his employees and he doesn't pay taxes for those employees ether.

He did tell you, you will need to build galleries and submit them, didn't he. There in lies the problem. No on will do business with you because they do not want to promote anything teleteria and you will eventually have a billing problem once Paycom dumps him like the rest have done...and let me ask you, where will you be then?

Have you been by to see his multimillion dollar corporation that is run out of the basement of a run down home in a prominent area of CT. He has no office in NY. It is just a mail drop service. Anyone can get an out of state phone number; all you need is a PO Box or a UPS mail box. We had an individual go by and check it out (took pictures). It's really nothing to speak of; just like the company teleteria....it's all just a front to bilk unsuspecting individuals of their hard earned cash.

I wish you luck, but you won't get listed to our TGP's. If I knew the name of your site I would blacklist you immediately and will if I find out what your site is.
