Being forced to pay homeowners dues to Vanguard Community Management or have my home taken from me by Vanguard Community Management is a simple conclusion that these dues are COMPLETELY extortion money.  Why?  Because I have no landscaping, no maintenance, no snow plowing or any other service CLAIMED to be provided by  Vanguard Community Management.  I have included photos of:  My lack of landscaping, shoddy lawn, lack of exterior painting, and rotted wood that needs replacing at my front door.  I have also included photos of others landscaping.  I have seen them spend a day and a half replacing one board on another unit but MINE is ignored.  When I was unable to drive from my driveway and called I was ignored but when a favorite of theirs called the plows were out in an hour with instructions to do mine LAST.  And mine was so bad that it nearly broke the snowplow.  So how was I supposed to get out?  I pay my dues on time every month yet I get NOTHING in return, except the threat that if I do not pay I will lose my house.  They have found a way to own your own home and still me at the mercy of a SLUMLORD.  Vanguard Community Management sites Illinois Statutes to remove me if I do not pay but I have no recourse when they steal my money and do nothing they are paid to do, MY house is un-sellable, un-refinance-able because it is becoming a slum, despite my monthly fees for services not rendered.
