They were Rip Offs From the start.......They prayed on me and my husband we came to them for help with renting a place to live and they knew because of our cerdit we couldnt find a good place to live. We had just got married and were living at home with my mom and when we met them we were desparte and I had met desia simth by calling around to different places looking for a place to rent.I called and left messages to people that had properties for rent and desia repsonded to my call . I told her I didnt have good credit and she said she would help so I paid her 1,300 dollars to move n to a property.

Then she said cause of my credit I would had to pay extra 650 (200 a month with the regular rent until it was paid in full). I agreed and we moved in cause we just couldnt live at home anymore so when we moved in it was told to us that everything was included in the rent but once again it was a different story.She later told us we had to pay  lights while they would pay water .I wasnt there even six months yet and I was living in a nightmare   I found out the property was up foreclosure the  water had been cutt off twice and they act like they couldnt even fix things that were worng.I really had to act black when they acted like everything was okay when things were wrong ,they lied about everything I had to go hours without water and still they wanted to collect rent money.

Please tell me is it leagal to collect rent when were your living at a place that is up foreclosure and the water is cutt off for hours,They didnt hold up to there part of the lease so the second time the water got cutt off .I asked for my deposit and I told them I was moving out.........I moved out and still I dont have my deposit ....
