Let me start off by describing the situation, I found a posting on Craigslist from the Man listed in this report, His name is Charles Robertson!
When I moved in I was unaware as to how many people were living there, as he never mentioned the fact that he turned the whole house into multiple living Quarters ( 9 Bed and 2 Baths ) After moving in, I found out he does not supply a key to the front door, and infact makes sure it is never ever locked!
The so called landlord claims he was a PI and he is on Disability for Back problems, but that doesnt stop him from doing manual labor, and Misc. Construction building these small rooms for people to rent out!
I found that he Goes in and out of tenants rooms at his own leisure, with out consent!!! I had to put in a hidden camera to make sure nothing comes up missing... He likes to go in and turn off items, cause he claims his electricity bill is too high! So heres a guy, Claims disability insurance/ Workmans comp. and collects approx $700.00 Dollars a month on 9 different rooms.... I bet he doesnt claim it to the IRS either??? Hmmm...
Beware of his add to rent out a room!!! He charges First and Last months rent, and Most of your stuff will come up missing, he likes to borrow with out asking, and later claims he asked!!??
