He goes back on his contracts with his clients and his own employees. He is a mad man and his company has repeatedly sought to screw over everyone because of his shady and illegal business practices. I know someone that worked for Lorich and had to leave due to Patrick O'Briens unprofessionalism and outright attempt to cheat and steal. He is a sick man that thinks he can do whatever he wants (regardless of contracts) and it has affected his companies reputation. He is also an anti-Semite and lies to everyone including the police. He does not think twice about harassing clients or their families (even on a holiday) to get what he thinks is owed to him.

Patrick O'Brien is seriously dangerous and unpredictable and I suggest having nothing to do with this man or his company ever. If you are a client of Lorich's or Patrick O'Brien I suggest getting out as quickly as you can and don't look back. Because of Patrick O'Brien, Lorich's reputation is forever tarnished and I don't think they even know how bad he really is and if they do know and still continue to work with him then they are just as guilty. He is an evil man and I would not trust him to manage anything let alone a construction team or building development.
