Your money and time is best spent elsewhere.  Do not use this business "Powerhouse Real Estate and Management Inc." When some people have been in business for a long time, they tend to become corrupt. They start thinking that they are above the law. They talk like they know-it-all. If you don't know the law, they can take advantage of you. 

They will say we do an extensive background check and reference check, but have no guidelines to show you and unwilling to publish anything.  They have falsified prospective Tenents background checks, and references to find you Tenants.  When in fact they refer you to criminals, and you have no way of knowing since they show you nothing and unwilling to publish anything. 

They are an LLC for a reason and have had multiple complaints, yet take no responsibility for their actions.  One day this will catch up to them, and no matter how many lawyers, judges, realtors they know, it won't do anything for them when they are in jail.  They will take your money and offer you no protection from any Tenants they place in your property.
