Hired them, they charge an inornimate ammout for advertising, the only reason I had hired them was because I was getting WAY too much responce off of MY OWN FREE adds posted on craigs list, they said it was the only way to insure quick rental of the place. So I paid a LOT of money, they didn't even go to my place for OVER a week, then after three weeks NOTHING, I tried to find my OWN house via there expensive advertising and could't even find my own house!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING?! the only adds that showed up when i searched were my old adds!!! They NEVER rented my place 4 months and they NEVER rented my place, so I call to let them know they suck at thier job and they charge me $450 to terminate contract, and this is how he did it!!!!

Per our conversation earlier today, I have attached the invoice for termination of our services per the management agreement in place between you and our company. If we do not receive payment for this in the next 5 business days (by end of business November 25), we will submit your file to our national collections and credit reporting agency. We are sorry this business relationship is ending this way and we wish you the best in your future rental endeavors.
