I went to the Regus group to look at an office suite for lease that I had seen in a Craigslist ad and spoke with a Ruben Gonzales. I liked the suite but, I wanted to know the costs for the phone and Internet and I was told a Joshua Kroll was going to call me back and discuss the charges for Internet, phone, and parking at the building located at 575 Anton Blvd suite 300 in Costa Mesa. I was told Joshua was not there and that I needed to at least hold the suite so no on else gets it. So That is what I thought happened. I never gave them any money and I never occupied the suite. When I did not hear from Joshua for 2 weeks I emailed Ruben to cancel the hold because I was already unhappy with the service they were providing. I had my attorney also send them a letter 2 weeks prior to my scheduled move in date. I never heard from them again. Then 6 months later I get faxes and calls from a collection company called and they state that The Regus group AKA HQ Global is suing me for 24,000 dollars for the lease that they state I signed. I never moved in, I canceled in advance, and I never gave them any money or my social security number. This company is a big fraud and they trick people in to signing holds and then sue them for a large sum of money. They are a company I would recommend to stay far away from. I now have to hire an attorney to fight this!!!!! Regus Group, HQ Global, Ruben Gonzales, and Joshua Kroll are Liars and a Fraud.
