In June 2009 TKO Sports contacted us to advertise on T-shirts for McAdams High School Athletic Dept. (It's a Junior High, so this should have been my 1st clue.) These T-shirts were supposedly going to be sold by students and Boosters at Athletic events. They charged $179.55 to our credit card on 6/2/2009 and said that they would send 2 sample T-shirts to our business. There should have been MORE than enough time to produce these T-shirts prior to the start of the School year.

On 9/16/2009 Chris Maxwell with TKO Sports told me the coach was still finishing artwork and they just got the final ad paid for. He said as soon as the coach approved the artwork, they would send out the samples in 2-3 weeks.

On 10/12/09 I spoke with Chris again. He said that he just sent the order to the print shop last week and that I should be getting my samples in 2-3 weeks. When I mentioned that he said it was going to be 2-3 weeks a month ago, he said that it took a while for them to get payment from all of the people that committed to the advertising. - Funny, I thought he said they received the final pmt a month ago ....

I called the Athletic Department and they have never heard of TKO Sports. Then, I checked the Rip-Off reports. Wish I'd have done this in June and saved myself 180 bucks.

I expect that I will not ever get my samples or my money back. My next communication with TKO will be a request to remove me from their sucker list and to never contact me again for any reason.
