I get a phone call claiming I and listed to win $10,000 and they will be sendind oput a conformation letter and two gift certificates for $1000 each and a $300 gas certificate.then at the end of the phone call they asked for a $129.00 fee.I then said no and hung up

I've been returning the envelopes for Publishers Clearing house for ten years!Finally they joined the Internet and that way I manage to avoid paying for the stamps.I bought many times magazines subscriptions from them...and their prices are terrific!Times,Newsweek,Archeology,Parents,Reader's,Architecture,Consumers Report...all of them were very good deals compared to kiosk prices.I have never ,ever being contacted by them via phone.
