Shipping details says you will receive your purchase in 4-14 days. It is now 18 days and still no book with no one to contact. They take your money right away, but while you're waiting for your purchase there is no information on the shipping of your order until the sixth day (about a week to hear if they have shipped it or not). Then there is no way to track it with the shipping organization because their tracking number does not match the tracking number of the shipping company.

Hello, while we here at A1books do try our best to help customers, it has come to our attention that for some reason this particular review as well as another has phone numbers connected to it that are not that of A1Books. They appear to be personal phone numbers and the people who are getting the calls have contacted the appropriate authorities. A1Books has asked to help. We have asked Rip Off Report to take down these numbers but they are not helping with the investigations.
