my wife and i were under a lot of pressure when we signed closing doc's, the closing took place in a court ordered confinement to a mental hospital for my wife, who tried to commit suscide, she was under medication and counceling for her problems, when i got the call from agent i told him of the situation, but said if he would be allowed to enter the hospital we could then procced with the closing, and i only had a day or so to complete the closing, aced with the unknown outcome of my wife's condition and no insurance at the time i said ok. on top of all that the agent knew full well that our income sitution has drastictly changed for the worst.
