He posted false information on his web site claiming all sorts of imaginary claims against Richard after the latter saved his hide time and again. Richard became disabled from the number of hours he put into work with Lonsane as Co-CEO of the company.
Lonsane enticed Richard with agreements that Lonsane had no intention of keeping.
Richard sent Lonsane almost every penny that came in, including Richard's company's commissions to save Lonsane. Lonsane took $39,000 from a fellow in Canada and kept that also.

When Richard attempted to collect money for the work, labor and services Lonsane accused Richard of extortion. Imagine that! Extortion is now defined as attempts to collect money due and owing.
Lonsane claims that everyone reported by Richard will get together to take legal action, what he fails to mention is that whatever Richard posted is 100% true so nobody can do anything other than grit their teeth.
