Capital One Bank refusal to cancel my CCard refusal to cancel my Credit Card City of Industry, California

I called asking them to cancel my card after me using it for several years I realized that paying for a service fee and interest fee was not a benefit with the high interest rateand low credit amount I have had all these years.

I was told I had 90 days to pay the full amount or my card would NOT be canceled and I would have to recall them AGAIN to recancel it and I would still be charged all fees regardless of me calling to cancel it today. I do NOT have even 1,000 dollars credit on the credit card to begin with.

I have been in excellant standing with them from the first day I got their card as well.

This is outraigious I NEVER heard of a credit card company telling you NO we won't cancel it when you call them.  Something is not correct with them. They also revealed my husbands information to me about when he canceled his card  in which that is private information. I never told her his name either but she knew!

I want out of that card and will do it asap too so do NOT  get that card it is BAD NEWS !!!
