Chase Home Finance LLC flood insurance scam,ripoff dorgal, Georgia

Chase took over 'bought' Washington Mutual and their large loan servicing business. Out home mortgage had been serviced by WaMu for almost 15 years, and balance is down to less than 8% of property value.  Chase Home Finance LLC fist contacted us, and stated everything would remain as it was save change the payee on our electronic payments. Done.  Then much later we received a threatening 'we show you do not have insurance coverage etc.etc... State Farm has been our insurance provider for property, liability, auto, and flood insurance for over 22 years, and Chase had not, despite their notice they would, contacted State Farm to replace WaMu with Chase as loss payable to.  Fixed that

Then CHASE insisted we obtain the maximum amount available or  the full value of the property including ALL improvements,  which in our case was $250,000, the maximum available under Nat'l program.  Our loan documents DO NOT include any insurance clause, no flood insurance clause, no escrow provision (in fact we PAID 1/4point to eliminate an escrow account). They stated they would purchase that coverage 'for us' if we did not and their price would be higher than we could get it for.  We duly corresponded to them advising them of the conditions in our contract. They totally ignored the letter and went ahead and purchased insurance and debited our loan account over $1800!!!!!!. The loan balance is only $40,000 and land alone is worth 5 times that amount, so lender risk of loss is ZERO, nada, zip, nothing.

We have not ever been able to reach a PERSON at the numbers provided. We wrote to Sr VP of Chase --LLC and received a polite brush off saying he had sent it to proper person and asked them to 'promptly send us copy of the loan documents showing they had the right to place such insurance--etc.  Never happened.

Where do I sign up on Class-Action against these sharks. Their conduct is despicable. Where are the Insurance Regulators? Where are our Federal Bank Regulators?
