I am sorry to inform you, but Antivirus 2009 is really a virus disguised as an anti-virus program.
It provides you with no real service as it scares you into thinking you need to buy the program.
You need a real anti-virus program from a reputable source. You also need an anti-malware program (unless you can find a good single program that does both).
You're likely going to have to pay for really good protection, but you can survive on AVG Free or another freeware anti-virus program. If you have a router, that acts as a firewall and can stop most attacks directed at your computer. In this case, your main vulnerability is downloading software or visiting infected websites and clicking the wrong things by mistake.
To get rid of Antivirus 2009, you need to get on a different computer and follow the instructions available online. There's several different sites that tell you exactly what you need to do, just do a quick web search.
You will also need a USB drive or be able to burn a CD with the anti-virus program that you have downloaded. The program is tricky, depending on the mutation you've been hit with, as it can prevent real anti-virus programs from running or being installed. So, you will have to reboot into safe mode.
There's a lot of effort you will have to go through, unless you don't mind wiping your harddrive and reinstalling your operating system.
Good luck...
