After being harrased over and over by Eddie Cardinas, the Moore Law Group filed wage garnishment, I called and explained to superviser Tony (so he said) that I was never served with any hearing dates (I was waiting on a Court date because these people are down right crazy to work with). Tony told me the prior ( Harris & Zak) collection company filed the judgement so it was nothing they could do. Yet they turned around and filed a lien on my home two weeks into garnishing my check. What the heck is going on, someone please let me know what I can do

CitiMortgage, a division of Citigroup, understands that bad things happen to good people. We at Citi, pride our brand on exceptional client relationships. Please note that when financial hardship first begins, it is important for you, the consumer, to take the first step. We offer an array of payment plans that will fit your budget.
Unfortunately, when a litigation accelerates, Citi has limited options to help you. It is in your best interest to work with the lawyer to resolve this issue and go forward with a plan of action. Citi is very proactive to contact clients by all means of communication when the bank realizes a financial condition has transpired. With all due respect, Citibank had retained an in-house counsel to take over the case and it is up to the litigation department to make the decision for you.
Please contact the National Attorney Network phone number that Citibank has provided to you. You cannot afford to procrastinate any longer. Citi will work with you, but you, as the client, must make the first step. We appreciate your business and as always, thank you for banking with Citibank.
