I ordered this product under the assumption that I would try it. After I ordered Dermitage I was sent an e-mail that I would be billed close to $100.00 after 15 days if I did not return the product.  I wanted to try it first before I bought the product. I will contact my credit card company and cancel all payment to this company if I can.  I consider this to be false advertisement. I would like to cancel my order but cannot.

YOU will be committing FRAUD

You KNEW that you would be charged at the end of the free trial period because their website TOLD YOU  you would be charged.  So, you have their product and plan on disputing the charges you were told you would be charged?  That makes you a thief and a criminal.  Guess what? Once they tell your credit card co that you still have their product, your card company will charge you.  You better hope that Dermitage does not press charges against you for STEALING their product.  Take some responsibility for YOUR actions and YOUR laziness.

6. Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.

7. Return Policy.

Please try and honestly use our unique product as directed. If you are not satisfied with the program once finished, you are eligible to request a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. You have 15 days to request a refund after you complete your program.

Program is defined by the package you purchase. If you purchase a 1 month supply, your program is one month. If you purchase a 2 month supply, your program is 2 months. If you purchase a 4 month supply, your program is 4 months. If you purchase a 6 month supply, your program is 6 months. You must finish your program in order to be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund you must obtain an RMA (Return Authorization). Requests must be made online and submitted with your order information and explanation of why you wish to return the product. You will recieve your RMA via email once our customer service department has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy. Please do not call for an RMA. If you return your product without a RMA number you will not be refunded.

Once you RECEIVE (not request) your RMA you have 15 days to return the empty packaging for a refund. The empty packaging is required for mfg. credit. You will only receive a credit on the bottles that are returned with your RMA. If the package is not received within 15 days you will not be eligible for the refund.

*Refund Processing Fee: $10 Per item e.g. 1 bottle return = $10 Fee. 2 bottle return - $20 Fee.
