Who are we dealing with?

Two peoples “ One person who file bankruptcy and the other made purchases with the money they took. Not only have they wiped their debt to us, but they have wiped out the debt for over FORTY other companies.

United State is the greatest country in the world, but to let two individual like this get away with everything just because they file bankruptcy it is wrong. To top it all they can use any stage to smear any ones name.

What they did was intentional; they knew exactly where they are stealing from and how much they need. Sharon told me in her phone call - "Where do you want me to leave, in the street? We had to buy a trailer and a car. Now, we have to leave in a trailer (double trailer)"

Does that justified the $40,000 they took from us, they took more money from citizens of Talladega and many more companies?

Bottom line - Who are we dealing with? I can write replies all day long. For what?
What they got to loose? I am wasting time.

Mr. Gil Barzeski of E-Time System has taken time off of his busy schedule to address my rip off report of him a full three years later because this report is stopping him from others. YEAH!! One for the good guys!!

I received a phone call from an X Employee who claimed he had all our original records, and that he wrote the E-time System software. His name: J. Clark. He claimed that Gil knew about the software glitches, how it would add up incorrectly, and that he would only fix someone's account if they called in to complain. The contract wording was set up to their advantage, mistakes not caught within 24 hours were considered to be in the favor of E-Time System. Also, the contract read, that if there was a conflict, the case would have to be filed in Pennsylvania.

The fact of the matter is this. Gil's company took an extra $20,000+ from The Payment Center account over 9 months time, wiping out all the funds, and then accused the owner of taking money. Upon catching the mistakes in the reports, the owner requested unbiased reports as to what bills were paid, Gil refused. One withdrawal alone was over $5000 what actual accounting showed. Gil first accused the owner of taking $70,000, then $40,000 then $35,000. He is just making it up as he goes along.

This is not the first time Gil has had problem with phony reports. He was sued by T-Mobile (then Voice Stream) for overcharging customers to the tune of over $300,000. If you Google T-mobile and E-time system, you can read the lawsuit.

No one in our town was hurt by The Payment Center closing, other than the owner of the company who filed for bankruptcy. What would happen to you if someone wiped out your bank accounts? I, myself, using my own CREDIT had to purchase a vehicle and home for us to live in. Gil knows full well that his company places software to manipulate customer computers, overcharges clients' bank accounts, doesn't make payments, and then he laughs about it. The FBI was called, and reports were made to local law enforcement by The Payment Center, to the FBI and the Attorney General of PA. If you have been intimidated by this man, please contact the Attorney General in PA.

I stand by the unfavorable report by the Better Business Bureau on this company, and would like for everyone to beware.

I am the J. Clark mentioned by the above user. I worked for E Time System from its beginning thru 2007. I developed the initial version 1.0 of the system.

Since my name was mentioned, I feel the need to comment.

While many things have been alleged, in my humble opinion, the company E Time can be trusted and I would do business with them if I were in the bill payment industry.

Gil can be abrasive at times, but during the time I worked there, I never saw Gil or any other ETS employee attempt to defraud any  bill payment customer by taking funds from their accounts without their permission.
