global finacial payday loans deceptive payday loan. company asked me to send a fee via western union and promised a payday loan in onw hour Internet, District of Columbia

on march 14, 2011 i was contacted by a representive of global finacial payday loans about 
 
acquiring a loan from them. after taking my information i was told that for the amount that i wanted

i had to send a fee which amounted to 10% of my loan total. it was at this time that i went to a western union, and contact the company and was given informatiion on where to send the money.

after the transaction was completed i was given some information and was told that i would receive my money from western union in cash after one hour, after several hours i tried to contact some at the phone number i was given and at first i didn't get any answer, and when i finally did and asked what was the hold up and was told that the applicataion was being processed and they would call me. as of 03/15/11 i still haven't heard from no one and when i call i get a voice message telling me that all of the agents are busy and they will call back which i haven't heard from them yet.
this to me is a scam and i want people to know not to deal with global finacial payday loans because this a bougus company.
