Global Life Enhacements - Herbal Smoke Shop RIP OFF!! Galloway, New Jersey

I placed an order with this company on Oct 11 2009. After 2 days I still had not recieved a confirmation email. The total was about $90.

I e-mailed the customer service department, and called. According to the person i spoke with, my order had been cancelled due to different billing and shipping addresses, and that my money would be refunded within 7-14 business days.

It is now Nov 13 2009 and I still have not recieved a refund or a product. Called the customer service number 6 times before an answer. The woman was rude and told me that they had refunded the money on oct 18 2009 and that if it was not back on my card it was the credit card company's fault. Callled the credit card company and there is no record of a refund.

This company obviously does not care about customer service or satisfaction. I certainly will NOT be doing business with them again.
