GMAC MORTGAGE poorest customer service ever, inarticulate people that can't speak english,gave me a bogus e-mail waterloo, Iowa

I called on 9/08 just to inQuire about a modification....the requirements,etc.they took an financial statement over the phone,which I told the lady I didn't have all the figures true and correct but she said thats ok..(which I thought was strange)and said I was to receive some paper work by the end of the mo.this bye the way was the first and last articulate person I will ever talk to w/GMAC...the paper work did not come when she said and on my next mo. mortgage bill it had a mo. in arrears ....  I called only to have to hang up4or 5 times to try to find a person that I could understand, he said it would be taken care of only for  the next mo the same thing...to qualify for a forebearance I had to be late! WHAT!! I  did not ask for a forbearance to just arbitrarily make me late......................  NUTS!!  THEN........I got to investigating my paperwork and those SOB's BOUGHT MY loan from another lender and they added 10 years on the maturity date of my first and 15 years on my second, it was an 80-20 loan, my truth and lending says maturity for the 1st is 2037 and the second is 2022.....they send me a bill every month w/maturity as follows... 2047 for my 1st and 2037 for my 2nd ...what are these idiots doing I have called and called they gave me a bogus e-mail address ..I got so fed up I told them I wasn't sending them another dime until they were on the same page w/my maturity of my loan ...they can't answer me!!! Its been a year now and I'm short selling I'm so pissed off over this ...think 25 years added to the life of the loan ..thats a lot of extra interest...I thought that was a violation of RESPA LAW!! Is there a congressman or ......   don't know what to do ......Need help
