First of all the house was sued for and nothing was done from day on to act as a receiver, they let the person in the house pay for everything. then when the won they were told about every latent defect in the house. they tried to sell the house and did 9 appraisals. NINE not 8 but nine, when they finally sold the house they did not disclose this to carey gleason, he canceled the deal. the third time a deal was cancelled. this house in my estimation is worth only land value and thats it, due to the many latent defects not disclosed, flooding etc. look for the high water mark on the wooden fence.  back porch slopes towards the doors by the pool. pool is cracked by the sidewalk and tile grout is coming loose. swamp coolers were removed only after many leaks came into guest house.  

beware of this house, i believe it is haunted as well. many people have said they have had wierd vibes while inside. like some kind of spirit or something has taken over. a guy was living in the guest house in 05 and was thrown out for trying to mail cocaine out of mailbox out in front which is no longer there. i believe he put a curse on this house.  as i met someone who knows him who said he can put curses on people and things, met this person two years after he was thrown out of the guest house.  good luck in your new home. all of the above is true.  dont believe me, ask troy nabors next door in the ugly pink house that is on the market of 900k or so.  google this area and see if it is a flood area, low lying lot subject to flooding. ask the neighbors on shea if they have ever been flooded out.....
